Keynote Addresses

This dynamic and interactive 60-120 minute keynote address will provide participants with a framework for thinking about cultural differences through practical strategies for working globally. Participants learn to decode how people think, lead, and get things done, when working in an international environment, and develop strategies to manage these differences effectively.

Multicultural Team-Building

Intact teams, representing various cultures, will explore cultural similarities and differences that impact day-to-day success. They will also map their cultural similarities and differences utilizing the Culture Map framework and develop strategies for increasing team synergy, facilitating their ability to reach business goals.

Global Leadership

Through our research on more than 200 effective global leaders, we have identified 10 key behaviors that help successful global leaders reach their goals. We utilize these behaviors, mapped to your own leadership competencies, to create customized global leadership programs focused on team development strategies.

Cross-Cultural Training

This session, available in full, half-day and virtual formats, will leverage the Culture Map framework to help participants identify how they are similar and different from their international counterparts. The impact of those differences and strategies can help them to be just as or more successful working globally as they would be in a single-culture setting.
